Fixed-price packages, with the scope written down

Four ways to start, each with a fixed price, a fixed timeline and a written definition of what finished means. If a project needs something outside the package, it gets quoted separately rather than quietly absorbed.

Prices exclude VAT. Third-party costs (API usage, hosting, licences) are billed at cost or paid directly by you.

Automation audit

1 week

9,500 SEK

Start here if you know there is manual work worth removing, but not which part to attack first.

  • A walkthrough of how the work is done today
  • A prioritised list of what can be automated
  • Effort and payback estimate per item
  • A recommended first build, scoped and priced
Done means
You receive a written map you can act on — with or without me.
Not included
Any implementation. The fee is credited in full against a build booked within 30 days.

Lead to CRM

2 weeks

29,500 SEK

For teams collecting enquiries from several places and copying them into a CRM by hand.

  • Up to three lead sources connected to one CRM
  • AI classification and enrichment of each enquiry
  • Routing rules and assignment to the right person
  • Notification in Slack, Teams or email
  • An approval step before anything reaches a customer
Done means
A test enquiry from each source arrives in the CRM, correctly classified, within 60 seconds — and a deliberately broken run raises an alert.
Not included
CRM licences, migrating an existing CRM, more than three sources.

Documents to structured data

3 weeks

39,500 SEK

For invoices, orders or contracts that someone currently retypes into a system.

  • One document type, handled end to end
  • Validation rules on every field
  • Records stored in PostgreSQL
  • A review queue for anything low-confidence
  • Failure alerts, so nothing disappears silently
Done means
On a 50-document sample, at least 95% of the agreed fields are either extracted correctly or routed for review. Nothing fails silently.
Not included
Additional document types, handwriting, custom interfaces beyond the review queue.

AI feature in your product

3–4 weeks

from 54,000 SEK

For software teams who need an AI capability built properly and handed over, not prototyped.

  • One service, up to five documented endpoints
  • Authentication and data persistence
  • Retries, logging and error handling
  • Docker deployment and a runbook
  • A handover session and written documentation
Done means
The endpoints pass the test suite we agree up front, the service deploys with a single command, and the runbook is in your hands.
Not included
Frontend work, ongoing hosting and API costs, features beyond the agreed endpoints.

Keeping it running

Automations break for reasons that have nothing to do with how they were built — an API changes, a credential expires, a supplier alters a file format. Every build can be handed over as it is, or kept under one of these.

Website upkeep

999 SEK

per month

WordPress, Shopify and Wix: security updates, backups, uptime monitoring and small content changes. Unchanged from before.

Driftplan Bas

1,900 SEK

per month

For automations and integrations: run monitoring, alerting, and fixes when an upstream API changes. One change request a month, up to two hours. Reply within two business days.

Driftplan Plus

3,900 SEK

per month

Everything in Bas, plus a four-hour monthly change budget, a reply by the next business day, and a quarterly review of what is worth automating next.

All plans run month to month with 30 days notice. New integrations are quoted separately. None of them include 24/7 on-call.

How a project runs

  1. 01

    Call

Thirty minutes. You describe the work; I say whether a package fits and which one.

  2. 02

    Written scope

A fixed price, a date, and the acceptance criterion in writing before anything is built.

  3. 03

    Build

You see progress as it lands, not at the end. Questions get asked early.

  4. 04

    Handover

Documentation, a walkthrough, and a decision about whether you want a plan.

Not sure which one fits?

Book thirty minutes. If none of these is right, I will tell you that — and say what I would do instead.
